1. Eligibility for Returns | شروط الإرجاع
At Dar El Fikr, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Non-returnable items: Qurans and personalized/customized books.
📌 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔹 شروط الإرجاع
في دار الفكر، نحرص على رضا عملائنا. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك إرجاعها وفق الشروط التالية:
- يجب إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، ومغلفًا بتغليفه الأصلي.
- يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء (إيصال أو تأكيد الطلب).
- المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع: المصاحف والكتب المخصصة حسب الطلب.
📌 تكاليف شحن الإرجاع يتحملها العميل إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو غير مطابق للطلب.
2. Refund Process | عملية الاسترداد
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If the item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔹 عملية الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج وفحص حالته، سنقوم بمعالجة الاسترداد:
- يتم استرداد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.
- إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو مستخدمًا أو غير مكتمل، قد نرفض الإرجاع أو نقدم استردادًا جزئيًا.
- تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا.

- Personalized or Customized Books
- Final Sale or Clearance Items

- الكتب المخصصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب
